It all started in 2010 when founder Marco Delgado moved from Naples, Italy to Dallas, Texas — carrying nothing but a worn recipe notebook, a passion for pizza, and a dream. He missed the smell of wood-fired crusts, the tang of San Marzano tomatoes, and the kind of pizza that made you close your eyes on the first bite.
